Job Description

Hill House Home is seeking a motivated Design Intern to join our New York team for a 10-week summer program. This is a hands-on opportunity to get real exposure to the design and product lifecycle at a fast-growing lifestyle brand!

What You'll Do

Assist with sketches, Illustrator line work, and digital renderings
Help with color, material, research and inspiration boards
Conduct trend, consumer, and competitive research
Organize and maintain design files, samples, and seasonal archives
Assist with the preparations of meetings & presentations
Perform such other duties as directed by the supervisor

Who You Are

Relevant coursework in fashion design
Experience with PLM, Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Microsoft Excel, a plus
Basic knowledge of garment construction and design
Strong communicator with a collaborative, team-oriented mindset
Positive, can-do attitude and willingness to jump in wherever needed

Program Details:

Duration: 10- Week Program ( June - August )
Schedule: Must be available to work in-person in our NYC offices, Tuesday - Thursday. Full-time opportunities available.
Compensation: $20/hour
