Job Description
主な役割責任
- 製造機能をリードし、コンプライアンス・効率性・将来性のある運営を実現する
- 拠点およびNovartis Technical Operationsの戦略に沿った計画とリソース配分を推進する
- Lean文化を促進し、可視化管理・標準業務・継続的改善を実践する
- MESや電子バッチ記録システムを管理し、複雑な製造環境を支援する
- 無菌製剤プロセスを確立・維持し、製品の無菌性と規制遵守を確保する
要件
- 無菌製剤の経験とチーム立ち上げを含む製造リーダーシップの経験
- GMP、HSE、規制コンプライアンスに関する知識
- 部門横断型チームを率いてオペレーショナル・エクセレンスを推進した経験
- MESおよび電子バッチ記録システムの管理経験
- グローバル連携・報告に対応できる ビジネスレベルの英語力と流暢な日本語力
- 企業文化を体現し、部門立ち上げ時に正しい方向へチームを牽引できるスキル
