Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement procurement strategies for the assigned category, ensuring alignment with corporate objectives and business goals.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, ensuring timely delivery, quality, and cost-effectiveness of goods and services.
• Identify opportunities for cost savings and negotiate favorable terms with suppliers to achieve cost reduction goals and improve payment terms.
• Identify and mitigate risks related to the supply chain, including supplier disruptions, quality issues, and regulatory compliance.
• Manage procurement activities for a smaller category, ensuring alignment with financial targets and optimizing procurement efficiency.Manage supplier contracts, performance, and compliance, ensuring the company’s procurement goals are met.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Engineering, or a related field.
• 4+ years of experience in procurement and category management, preferably within a multinational or industrial environment.
• Expertise in procurement processes, supplier management, and contract negotiation.
• Proficient in procurement software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Knowledge of procurement strategies, category management, and supply chain risk management.
