The Role:
Develops complex quality assurance processes and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
Implements processes to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of healthcare processes by analyzing key performance indicators (KPIs).
Contributes to the development, implementation, and maintenance of quality management systems (QMS) within the enterprise.
Conducts routine audits in order to identify areas of non-compliance and implement corrective actions.
Facilitates the implementation of quality control processes and procedures designed to ensure technology solutions and deliverables meet or exceed quality standards.
Monitors key performance indicators (KPIs) to track the effectiveness of quality assurance initiatives and prepares reports for stakeholders that outline quality metrics.
Conducts vendor audits, reviews contracts, and creates basic vendor scorecards to minimize potential risks and ensure the provision of reliable technology solutions.
Contributes to the successful delivery of technology projects and the provision of high-quality healthcare solutions by ensuring the quality, reliability, and compliance of software applications and systems.
Leverages innovative data analysis techniques to identify trends, patterns, and potential areas of improvement in healthcare processes.
Essential Qualifications:
Working knowledge of problem solving and decision-making skills, Certified Analytics Professional (CAP) preferred
Experience with Salesforce testing and Agile methodologies
Knowledge of Salesforce platform and related technologies
Strong understanding of software testing principles and testing methodologies
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot issues
Strong written and verbal communications skills
Ability to work independently
Create and execute manual test cases, Log defects and follow them through to closure.
Prior Relevant Work Experience 3-5 years
Education: Bachelor's degree preferred/specialized training/relevant professional qualification.
Pay Range
The typical pay range for this role is:
