Why this role matters:
We are looking for a Pricing Analyst, based in US who will take ownership of the commercial strategy and price definition of our Existing Apps Products. This role will be responsible for defining a competitive pricing strategy and discount policy, working closely with Product Managers, Product Marketing and Sales teams. It requires a constant review of the competitive landscape and industry trends.. Close collaboration with Deal Desk is needed to structure complex deals and analyse performance trends.
Your key responsibilities:
You will take ownership of the Default Pricing and Pre-approved Pricing frameworks
- Provide analysis around trends in customer requests and pricing. Take action on trends revealed, driving changes in pricing and costs
- Streamline and improve business practices, including tools, templates and processes, to increase the efficiency of the Deal Desk & Pricing team
- Collaborate with Sales and Product teams to improve product performance and operational efficiency
- Define and manage projects to deliver further operational efficiencies
- Support the Product team to define, develop and implement the Pricing Strategy of new products.
What you’ll bring:
- Bachelor’s degree required; Business, Economics, Math or Engineering undergrad majors preferred
- 2-5 years of experience in a rapidly changing, deadline-based position involving daily interaction with multiple levels of management and peers
- Pricing Analyst experience preferred
- Strong analytical skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Problem-solving skills
- Excellent Excel and data manipulation skills
