Cloud & Smart Industries Group (CSIG) is responsible for promoting the company's cloud and industry Internet strategy. 仕事内容/What the Role Entails

Tencent Cloud is seeking an experienced Senior Solution Architect (Private Cloud) to lead technical solution design and pre-sales engagements for our Tencent Cloud Enterprise private cloud portfolio in Japan. This role is ideal for a technically deep professional with strong architecture background and customer-facing communication skills. You will work closely with sales, presales, and product teams to understand customer requirements, design end-to-end private cloud solutions based on Tencent Cloud Enterprise's full suite of services, and serve as the critical bridge between customers and internal product development. This position offers significant exposure to large-scale enterprise projects and the opportunity to shape solution architectures across complex IT environments.
 

Responsibilities

• Lead technical solution design discussions with customers; collaborate with sales on budget scoping and requirements gathering, and deliver complete product configurations and proposals.
• Plan and design combined private cloud solutions that address industry-specific pain points, delivering competitive technical features and differentiated capabilities.
• Support the presales/sales team throughout the project lifecycle -- identify product and service risks during bidding, provide technical guidance, and drive deals to successful closure.
• Assist in local channel partner enablement by providing cloud training, standard solution templates, and ongoing project support for channel sales and presales teams.
• Act as the key liaison between customers and product management: capture and prioritize feature requirements aligned with local market needs, track development from inception through release, and ensure timely feedback to customers.

役職により裁量労働制あり
完全週休２日制（土日・祝日）
有給休暇：入社初年度は、入社月により期間按分付与。在籍年数踏まえて最大22日
年末年始休暇（12/30～1/3）
病気休暇（有給）：12日/年（有給休暇とは別途付与）
