The Customer Solutions department is an integral part of the Medical Devices strategy. The team develops and implements solutions that offer the customer clear added value and that enable Medical Devices to enter and / or strengthen strategic partnerships with our customers aligned with our VBHC strategy.
Responsibilities:
Support Implementing digital solutions for customers in the areas of optimization and standardization of clinical treatment paths, education, surgical excellence, sustainability, staff satisfaction and hospital logistics, using lean management, process excellence and change management principles to achieve the set business goals.
Support overall project management and its timely and proper implementation, as well as coordination with external and internal partners.
Support first level support and after sales services for implemented solutions.
collaboration with product owners and development teams, commercial team, and Platforms as well as cross-functional teams (e.g., HCC, Legal, Customer Service, etc.) and EMEA functions.
Support in the acquisition of new orders in close coordination with the strategic account managers and business unit managers.
Help Identifying market trends and customer insights.
