Deine Aufgaben
- Bearbeitung und Erstellung von Lohnabrechnungen für einen festen Kreis von Mitarbeitenden mit SAP/Global View
- Pflege und Aktualisierung der Personalstammdaten
- Führung und kontinuierliche Überwachung des erforderlichen Berichtswesens zur Gewährleistung der Compliance
- Koordination zwischen operativen und strategischen Abteilungen, Ämtern sowie Krankenkassen und Sozialversicherungsträgern
- Übernahme administrativer Aufgaben im Rahmen der Kostenverbuchung
Deine Fähigkeiten
- Eine kaufmännische Ausbildung
- Kenntnisse im Sozialversicherungswesen und Lohnsteuerrecht
- Mindestens ein Jahr Erfahrung in der Lohnbuchhaltung
- MS-Office-Kenntnisse
- Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- Große Weiterbildungsbereitschaft
