About the Role
This isn’t just another AE role.
At Lightricks, you’ll be selling at the forefront of AI, specifically, video generation, one of the fastest-moving frontiers in the space. Our proprietary LTX-2 model powers a growing ecosystem through open-source innovation, enterprise licensing, and API integrations.
We’re not chasing the AI wave, we’ve been building in AI/ML for over a decade.
You may already know us as the creators of Facetune, used by hundreds of millions globally. Now, we’re scaling our next chapter: bringing cutting-edge AI video solutions to enterprise customers, studios, and creative organizations.
This role is focused on selling across the full LTX platform, from model/API access to LTX Studio—into complex, high-value enterprise environments.

What you will be doing:
- Own the full sales cycle end-to-end: from first conversation through close
- Build pipeline through both inbound demand and strategic outbound efforts
- Develop and execute account strategies to drive revenue and expansion
- Partner closely with Product and Engineering to bring real customer feedback into the roadmap
- Help shape sales processes, messaging, and go-to-market strategy as we scale
- Collaborate with marketing and growth teams to maximize conversion from high-intent leads

Your skills and experience:
- 4+ years of closing experience in SaaS or technical sales
- Experience selling into enterprise accounts with complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles
- Consistent track record of hitting or exceeding quota
- Ability to run complex sales cycles and navigate multiple stakeholders
- Strong business acumen and communication skills
- Experience working independently in fast-paced environments
- Willingness to travel as needed
