What You'll Be Doing:
- Strategic Partnership: Collaborate with executive leadership to define leadership hiring needs and develop tailored recruitment strategies that meet organizational goals.
- Talent Sourcing: Utilise advanced sourcing techniques and extensive networks to identify and attract high-caliber executive talent.
- Candidate Engagement: Build and nurture strong relationships with potential candidates, ensuring a positive and engaging candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
- Market Intelligence: Conduct thorough market research and analysis to provide valuable insights on talent trends, compensation benchmarks, and competitive hiring practices.
- Stakeholder Management: Engage with key stakeholders to communicate progress and provide regular updates on recruitment initiatives and candidate pipelines.
- Diversity & Inclusion: Drive diversity and inclusion initiatives in leadership hiring, ensuring a broad range of perspectives and experiences are considered in the selection process.
- Performance Metrics: Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of leadership hiring efforts and continuously enhance recruitment processes.
