We’re looking for an experienced People Analytics Manager to join our People Analytics and Systems team as an insights partner across all areas of the broader People Team. You will build and refine the metrics used by the business to make people decisions. Reporting to the Director of People Analytics and Systems, you will be responsible for:
What You’ll Do:
- Support a global strategy team to deliver business intelligence across the People Team (Human Resources) functions, partners, and business customers.
- Help further advance the People Team as data-driven and insight-led.
- Help those inside and outside of the People Team to make high-quality decisions about the workforce's future and company growth.
- Apply expertise in quantitative analysis and presentation of data to develop visually compelling and informative reports and dashboards
- Promote data quality from People systems through the reporting pipeline, both within the People Team and in partner teams such as Finance and People Operations
- Support other People related programs or ad hoc requests as needed
What You Need:
- 7-10 years of experience in People Analytics or a similar field
- Experience translating data analysis into actionable recommendations for People leaders
- Strong organizational skills, and attention to detail, and integrity in handling confidential and sensitive information
Bonus Qualifications:
- Experience in related HR disciplines (compensation, recruiting, benefits, or compliance)
- Proficient with Workday, Greenhouse, and various People Systems
- Proficient with advanced statistical analysis
- Proficient in SQL, R or Python
- Interest in guiding the integration of AI into HR

At Archer we aim to attract, retain, and motivate talent that possess the skills and leadership necessary to grow our business. We drive a pay-for-performance culture and reward performance that supports the Company’s business strategy. For this position we are targeting a base pay between $150,500 - $180,000. Actual compensation offered will be determined by factors such as job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
