Position Summary:
The INR (Imaging – Navigation – Robotics) Pricing Manager will play a key role in supporting the company’s pricing operations and execution for the INR franchise. This individual will manage the pricing team, ensuring the timely and accurate evaluation, execution, and maintenance of projects as well as day-to-day pricing actions. The manager will partner cross-functionally with Sales, Finance, Directors of Corporate Accounts (DCAs), Accounts Receivable, and Customer Service to ensure operational excellence, accurate data management, and alignment with company pricing strategies.
The ideal candidate must have prior leadership experience. They must be detail-oriented, data-driven, and proactive in identifying and implementing process improvements. They will balance managing daily execution with driving efficiency and automation, ensuring that pricing operations support the organization’s growth and compliance objectives.
Essential Functions:
Manage and develop a team of pricing professionals to ensure accuracy, responsiveness, and accountability in daily operations.
Manage review and approval of pricing requests, ensuring adherence to pricing policies and internal controls.
Drive accountability and collaboration between the Pricing team, Sales, and internal business partners
Oversee timing of key deliverables, ensuring the team stays on track for critical deadlines associated with Requests for Proposals (RFPs) and other pricing actions.
Partner with Finance and other internal business partners to ensure smooth process from Quote to Cash
Streamline and standardize communication workflows to improve responsiveness, deliverable turnaround times, and transparency.
Collaborate with IT and process improvement teams to identify opportunities for automation and efficiency gains.
Support implementation and maintenance of pricing systems, including data validation, hierarchy setup, and system integrations.
Manage creation and maintenance of documentation and standardization of key processes.
Partner with Product Development to ensure accurate pricing for new/existing products.
Oversee onboarding for Pricing team, including training on products, processes, tools, etc.
Support proactive communication and partnership within Finance and across departments to represent the pricing function effectively.
Perform duties in an efficient, analytical manner while maintaining a high level of relationship management, confidentiality and professional interaction.
Follow all procedures outlined in Globus Medical’s Quality Policy and Employee Handbook to ensure conformity with all laws, regulations, and government agency guidelines.
Adhere to the letter and spirit of the company Code of Conduct, the AdvaMed Code, the MedTech Code, and all other company policies.
Ensure Compliance with applicable governmental laws, rules, and regulations, both in the United States and internationally, by completing introductory and annual training and maintaining knowledge of compliance as it applies to your role

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or related field (or equivalent experience).
3–5 years of experience in sales or pricing analysis, sales operations, contract administration, or similar position.
3-5 years of experience in team leadership or supervisory role.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with ERP, CRM, or pricing tools.
Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional projects and drive outcomes.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills; able to simplify complex topics for stakeholders.
Experience with automation tools, pricing software, or process standardization a plus.
