This position reports to:
Sales Manager__
Join our team and help drive sales that power the world! You’ll work on meaningful projects with real impact.
Your responsibilities:
Be part of a team of experienced sales professionals and collaborate on setting sales and pricing strategy
Sell medium-voltage (MV) equipment and complete solutions to large customers, installation companies, and end clients
Build and maintain strong relationships with assigned customers
Monitor the market and competition, and identify new business opportunities across Slovakia
Participate in preparing price offers, calculations, and contracts
Lead business negotiations
Work model: hybrid (the role requires traveling)
Salary: from €2,000 gross/month
+ attractive variable bonus component.
Final salary depends on experience and skills.

What we expect from you:
Education: Secondary education with a school-leaving certificate or university degree (electrical engineering/energy field is an advantage)
Experience: At least 5 years of proven experience in the electrical engineering industry
Languages: Slovak – C2, English – minimum B1
Skills & competencies: Strong communication and negotiation skills, proactivity, independence, and a professional demeanor
Willingness to travel
