About the Role
Experienced SAP Technical Architect and Delivery Lead with a strong track record of leading large-scale SAP implementations, migrations, and support engagements. Proven expertise in SAP S4 WRICEF development, and cross-module integrations across FI, CO, Tax, Treasury, OTC & Supply Chain domains. Managing global teams, driving architectural decisions, and delivering high-impact IT transformation programs.

Key Responsibilities
•    Lead and manage development team, ensuring end-to-end delivery across multiple SAP releases. 
•    Drive solution architecture and design for complex SAP implementations and integrations. 
•    Oversee project planning, estimation, prioritization, and release management for SAP deliverables. 
•    Collaborate with cross-functional teams including stakeholders, security, BASIS, functional teams & external vendors. 
•    Identify risks, define mitigation strategies, and ensure smooth execution of projects. 
•    Act as Subject Matter Expert (SME) for SAP technical architecture and WRICEF objects. 
•    Design and implement integrations with external systems.
•    Provide architectural recommendations and continuous improvement strategies. 
•    Led end-to-end SAP S4 Development and Support project. 
•    Led data migration, validation, and reconciliation activities. 
•    Designed data lineage and analytics solutions using various data lakes 
•    Coordinated with global stakeholders across multiple time zones. 
•    Conducted stakeholder presentations, impact analysis, and solution walkthroughs. 
•    Ensured high-quality deliverables through: Code reviews, design reviews, and testing support (FUT, SIT, UAT) 
•    Maintained compliance using SAP Notes, audit solutions, and reporting tools. 

Preferred Qualifications & Certifications:
•    SAP Technologies: ABAP, WRICEF, SAP HANA, SAP GTS, CPI
•    Should have exposure to modules to handle the requirement ICO, OTC, MAKE, PLAN, STP, HTR, RTR, MTO, MDG
•    Integration: IDOC, RFC, Proxy, EDI 
•    Tools & Platforms: SAP Concur, Azure Data Catalog, Power BI 
•    Data Migration & Reporting: Data Migration Tools, ALV Reports 
•    Other: Workflow, Enhancements, Adobe Forms, Interfaces 

Preferred Qualifications
•    Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Engineering in any other stream
•    At least 2-3, S4 Implementation & Support Management 
•    10+ years of SAP Technical Consulting and Leadership experience 
•    Extensive experience working with global clients with global templates
•    Added advantages if worked for the Pharma Industry and understanding of the Pharma processes & Project management (PMP/ITIL) are a plus.
