We are looking for an experienced Software Engineer (C++) to play an important role in our development team. This team is focused on building a high-performance connectivity framework that enables customers to access diverse data sources via efficient connectors, leveraging modern and secure authentication methods. Our work bridges desktop and cloud environments, combining innovation with the ongoing maintenance of established legacy components.
The ideal candidate has 3–4 years of hands-on C++ development experience, a proactive problem-solving mindset, and the ability to drive technical features end to end. You should be comfortable working independently while collaborating effectively within a cross-functional team, where communication is intensive and often in English. You will also embrace using AI both in daily work and as an integral part of our evolving product landscape.
Responsibilities:
Design, develop including automated tests, and maintain high-quality C++ software.
Participate in the full software development lifecycle, from design to production.
Collaborate with engineering, product, and QA teams to ensure technical excellence and delivery quality.
Minimum Qualifications:
3–4 years of professional experience with C++ (modern C++ preferred: C++11/14/17 or newer).
Broad understanding of software engineering principles, design patterns, and system architecture.
Experience with version control (Git), CI/CD pipelines, and debugging complex systems.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
Strong communication skills in English (written and spoken).
Nice to Have:
Experience with C# and/or Python.
Experience with Cloud technologies
Experience working in complex, cross-functional environments.
