Manufacturing Operator – 2nd Shift (3:00 PM – 11:00 PM)

Position Summary
We are seeking a Manufacturing Operator to join our production team on 2nd shift (3:00 PM – 11:00 PM). This entry-level role is responsible for safely packaging finished products, operating packaging equipment, and supporting daily production operations while meeting quality and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Follow all safety, environmental, and quality procedures.
  • Package finished products and palletize completed cartons.
  • Load components (bottles, nozzles, etc.) into packaging equipment.
  • Monitor product quality and identify packaging defects.
  • Complete required production documentation and quality checks.
  • Operate basic production equipment such as rotary packaging machines, carton erectors, tape machines, pallet jacks, and balers.
  • Assist with minor machine set-ups and line clearance.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area and support daily housekeeping.
  • Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members to meet production goals.

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or GED preferred.
  • No previous experience required – paid on-the-job training provided.
  • Basic math and computer skills.
  • Ability to read, write, and communicate in English.

Compensation Information:

The job range for this position is $18 - $21 an hour depending on experience. You will also receive a $.50/hr shift differential for 2nd shift.
