Role
BeReal’s product team is a small group of high-performers reporting directly to the CEO. We operate at the intersection of data science, engineering, design, and operations. Highly autonomous and skilled across multiple areas, each member of the team is expected to identify opportunities, design high-impact solutions, drive implementation, and assess results.
Partner with a small team of engineers & designers to come up with, build, test, and scale new high-impact features.
Combine analytics and user research to identify user drives, fuel ideation, and lead product improvements.
Contribute to high-level strategic decisions. Help define short and long-term roadmaps.
Identify key metrics and take ownership for improving them.
Profile
You’re passionate about B2C mobile apps and have a proven track record of building meaningful products.
You’re hyper analytical: you obsess over product metrics, test your hypotheses rigorously, and make data-driven decisions.
You can both hack together a quick prototype and articulate a long-term product vision.
You have an intuitive feel for UI and UX. You have basic design skills in Figma.
You’re highly driven and autonomous.
You’re fluent in French + English
