The Position

The Global Digital Hub has been established within the Roche Services & Solutions Center. Our main purpose is to strengthen Roche's digital capabilities globally by supporting central initiatives with Social Media Management, Brand Support, Digital Publishing Services, Marketing Automation, Copywriting, and Creative Design.

As a member of the Global Digital Hub Team, you will work to ensure fulfillment of the Global Digital Hub's long-term outcomes and strategy, as well as excellent delivery of our various digital operations priorities. You are responsible for supporting and executing different initiatives. You work with relevant stakeholders and consult on how to develop their digital performance further and ensure they leverage the available digital tools in order to meet their overall goals.

The Opportunity:

  • Support SEO execution: technical, on-page SEO, and off-page optimization, as well as have an understanding of digital & content marketing

  • Research SEO keywords to use throughout the company's website and marketing materials (Keyword Research) using several tools, providing keyword variations, and grouping them in clusters

  • Select, prioritize, and grade the keywords based on their value to the business and the specific project

  • Prepare briefs for content creators, following the provided internal guidelines and focusing on the keywords provided in the Keyword Research (using tools such as SurferSEO and SEMrush)

  • Perform and prepare SEO and organic traffic reports for websites

  • Execute tests, collect & analyze data and results, identify trends and insights to achieve maximum ROI

Who you are:

  • You hold a BSc/MSc degree in a related field and 2+ years of SEO experience in a similar position.

  • You have good knowledge of Adobe Analytics and Google Search Console; SEO tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush, SurferSEO, Screaming Frog, etc.); Excel, Google Sheets, Smartsheet; CSS, HTML.

  • Strong communication skills in English (written and spoken) are essential, additional languages a plus, based on region/customer requirements.

  • You are detail-oriented, well-organized, and efficient with time management.
