Job Description
About Wolt
At Wolt, we create technology that brings joy, simplicity and earnings to the neighborhoods of the world. In 2014 we started with delivery of restaurant food. Now we’re building the delivery of (almost) everything and you’ll find us in over 500 cities in 30 countries around the world. In 2022 we joined forces with DoorDash and together we keep on dreaming big and expanding across the globe.
Working at Wolt isn’t always easy, but it’s definitely exciting. Here you’ll learn more, build more, and ship more than in most other companies. You’ll be challenged a lot, but also have a lot of fun on the way. So, if you’re a self-starter with drive and entrepreneurial spirit, this could be the ride of your life.
Director, Consumer Pricing will own and shape Wolt’s global pricing strategy across 30+ markets, with focus on driving step-change in growth and user experience. Sitting at the heart of the consumer and marketplace business, this role is responsible for defining how Wolt drives sustainable, profitable growth through pricing levers.
This is a senior, high-impact leadership role with end-to-end accountability for strategy, execution, and financial outcomes. Director, Customer Pricing will own a significant portion of the consumer P&L, including Cx fee revenue and investment, and will work directly with C-level leadership and senior functional owners to set direction, make trade-offs, and deliver results. The role also includes direct leadership of a small, high-performing team.
Combining strategic rigour, financial judgement, and operational leadership, this individual will act as the central decision-maker across Product, Marketing, Analytics, Finance, and regional teams.
This person reports to the Global Head of Marketplace Growth and Consumer.
