We’re hiring for a Sr. Data Analytics Product Manager to join our Civilian portfolio at Accenture Federal Services, where our teams are building modern digital products that directly improve everyday experiences for the public.
As a Sr. Data Analytics Product Manager, you will play a pivotal role in building and using a robust Databricks platform to improve a highly visible online product and user experience. As an analytics practitioner, you will analyze complex datasets, identify trends, uncover patterns, and provide meaningful interpretations that guide organizational goals. As a product manager, you will also prioritize design of the data platform and data products needed to deliver stakeholder outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:
- Define and manage data product roadmap, epics, and tasks needed to deliver client outcomes
- Transform raw data into actionable insights that drive strategic business decisions
- Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and insights
- Leverage your expertise in data visualization in tools such as Databricks, Tableau, Power BI and MS Excel to create compelling visual representations of your findings
- Assist the client in dashboarding, ensuring that stakeholders can easily understand and act on the insights you provide
- Develop detailed reports that summarize your analyses, offering clear and concise recommendations to support decision-making processes
Here's what you need:
- 5+ years experience with database querying languages like SQL
- 3+ years with data visualization tools such as Databricks, Tableau, Power BI, or similar platform
- Strong understanding of data cleaning, manipulation, and transformation processes
- Ability to work with large datasets and experience presenting complex data to non-technical audiences
- Exposure to predictive analytics or machine learning frameworks to further enhance your ability to identify forward-looking trends and opportunities
- Proficient in working within and following an agile delivery environment and software development lifecycle, including user story documentation and testing
- Must be a US Citizen eligible for Public Trust Clearance
Preferred experience:
- A background in business intelligence, market research, or a related field
- Combination of technical expertise and strong communication skills
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and a keen eye for detail to ensure that your insights are accurate and impactful.
