We are looking for a high-impact Senior Growth Lead to drive business expansion. Core focus areas will be to drive growth across SMB segments. This role blends media expertise, digital-first strategy and revenue ownership, with a strong focus on client acquisition, partnerships and scalable growth.

Key Responsibilities

Business Growth & Prospecting

  • Identify, engage and convert new business opportunities in SMB markets
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of prospective clients
  • Drive end-to-end sales cycles from pitch to closure

Alliances & Partnerships

  • Develop strategic alliances with platforms, industry bodies and ecosystem partners
  • Create referral networks and co-branded growth opportunities
  • Leverage partnerships to unlock new revenue streams

Client Leadership

  • Build strong, long-term relationships with key clients
  • Act as a trusted advisor, aligning media strategies with business goals
  • Drive upsell and cross-sell opportunities

Media & Digital Strategy

  • Lead integrated media planning across digital and traditional channels
  • Champion digital-first, data-driven campaign strategies
  • Ensure measurable ROI and continuous optimization

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with planning, buying, data, and creative teams
  • Align internal capabilities to deliver best-in-class solutions

Key Requirements

  • 12+ years of experience in media sales.
  • Strong understanding of media ecosystems and digital platforms
  • Proven success in SMB/MSME client acquisition and growth
  • Experience in building partnerships and alliances
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
  • Self-driven, entrepreneurial mindset with strong ownership
