Optimal Field Services, a Crest Industries company, is looking to add an experienced Scheduler to our team. The Scheduler for Optimal Field Services will be responsible for coordinating with project teams to develop schedules for various projects, implementing, and maintaining the project schedule. 

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
·         Responsible for creating and updating project schedules
·         Package and make logic ties per scheduling strategy
·         Produce schedule reports, perform take-offs from project plans and perform cost analysis
·         Create master project schedules that show activity/project durations
·         Update all project schedules
·         Identify critical paths
·         Produce logic diagrams and summary bar charts
·         Produce resource histograms
·         Coordinate with project teams to develop schedules for various projects.
·         Produce look ahead schedules
·         Enter progress into schedule
·         Integrate field change orders into schedule
·         Optimize schedule as required to reflect progress and plan changes
·         Apply industry standards and codes to all job specifications (calculations & drawings)
·         Perform other duties as requested, directed or assigned
·         Training junior schedulers
·         Cross-Check and verify accuracy of schedules
 
REQUIREMENTS FOR Scheduler:
·         High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
·         Experience using Microsoft Word, Excel, Access, and Outlook is preferred.
·         Experience in Turn Around Environments
·         3 + years Primavera P6
·         3 + years Scheduling experience
·         Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
