We’re seeking an experienced CRNA for a full‑time independent contractor assignment, providing anesthesia care across multiple Vail Health facilities. This is a unique opportunity to practice at a high clinical level while living where people vacation.

Vail Health operates a 56‑bed state‑of‑the‑art hospital and three outpatient surgery centers across Eagle and Summit Counties. The anesthesia service line supports a high‑acuity orthopedic and spine caseload, including professional athletes, complex reconstructions, and sports medicine cases.
- Deliver safe, patient‑centered anesthesia care across a diverse case mix
- Collaborate closely with anesthesiologists, surgeons, and perioperative teams
- Practice in a care model with no cardiac or neuro call
- Optional OB coverage available for CRNAs with experience (not required)
- 5+ years of CRNA experience
- Active Colorado RN license (or compact) and Colorado CRNA certification
- BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Nursing or related field
- Proficiency with Microsoft applications and required clinical systems
This role is a 1099 Independent Contractor position and not a W‑2 employee role.
- Engagement is full‑time in workload and scheduling
- Contractors are responsible for their own taxes, benefits, and insurance
Pay is based upon relevant education and experience per hour.
