We’re seeking an experienced CRNA for a full‑time independent contractor assignment, providing anesthesia care across multiple Vail Health facilities. This is a unique opportunity to practice at a high clinical level while living where people vacation.

What You’ll Do

Vail Health operates a 56‑bed state‑of‑the‑art hospital and three outpatient surgery centers across Eagle and Summit Counties. The anesthesia service line supports a high‑acuity orthopedic and spine caseload, including professional athletes, complex reconstructions, and sports medicine cases.

  • Deliver safe, patient‑centered anesthesia care across a diverse case mix
  • Collaborate closely with anesthesiologists, surgeons, and perioperative teams
  • Practice in a care model with no cardiac or neuro call
  • Optional OB coverage available for CRNAs with experience (not required)
What You Need
  • 5+ years of CRNA experience
  • Active Colorado RN license (or compact) and Colorado CRNA certification
  • BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Nursing or related field
  • Proficiency with Microsoft applications and required clinical systems
