Hybrid (Mexico City – Benito Juárez): 1 day on-site per week.
What You Will Do:
- Lead the negotiation and drafting of contracts with clients, vendors, and key stakeholders, ensuring favorable terms aligned with business objectives.
- Review and analyze contract terms and conditions to ensure compliance with company policies, legal requirements, and industry standards.
- Manage and monitor contract-related budgets, ensuring cost control, financial accuracy, and alignment with project and organizational goals.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Legal, Finance, Procurement, and Operations) to identify contract risks and implement effective mitigation strategies.
- Provide guidance and support to project teams on contract-related matters, including commercial and financial implications.
- Maintain accurate and organized contract records, documentation, and reporting.
- Leverage advanced Excel skills to analyze contract data, track key metrics, and support decision-making.
- Experience with Oracle or similar ERP systems is preferred but not required.
Your Profile:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Law, Finance, Life Sciences, or a related field.
- 1–2 years of experience in contract management, site payments, or a related role within a CRO, pharmaceutical, or clinical research environment.
- Exposure to clinical trial processes, including site agreements, budgets, and payment cycles (e.g., investigator grants, reimbursements).
- Strong negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to support budget and contract discussions with internal and external stakeholders.
- Experience managing or supporting study budgets, with a solid understanding of cost drivers and financial tracking.
- Advanced Excel skills
- Familiarity with Oracle or other ERP/clinical systems is preferred but not required.
- High attention to detail with strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
