Job Description:
Responsibilities
Daily delivery and collection of inbound/outbound shipments
Perform on-road audit & submission of shipping documents
Ensure cash/cheque collections for all COD/COP shipments are turned in daily
Identify any service-related concerns and recommend solutions to immediate supervisor.
Provide Sales Lead
And any other duties assigned from time to time
Job Requirements
Possess Class 3 driving license is a must. Class 4 is added advantage
Preferably familiar with Singapore roads to daily delivery and collection of packages island-wide
Able to carry and lower packages up to 35kg from roller/conveyors and pallets to his/her vehicle
Willing to climb up and down flights of stairs to enter/exit customer premises
Secondary education or equivalent preferred
Able to speak and write Basic English to liaise with English speaking customers
Pleasant disposition and courteous, enjoy meeting with customer
Unable to drive home company van; willing to work extra hours when needed
