Lead and mentor the clinical team

Practice Type: Mixed Animal / General Practice
Patient Volume: Busy, well-paced caseload
Support: Strong technician + CSR team
Case Mix: Companion animal + livestock + equine, including wellness, surgery, dentistry, and urgent care

Base Salary: $120,000 – $180,000 + production bonus
$50K Sign-on Bonus and/or Relocation Assistance
DVM Long-Term Incentive (LTI) Cash Program (on top of production)
No negative accrual

What You’ll Bring

DVM/VMD (or equivalent), licensed or eligible in Texas
Strong clinical foundation across small and/or mixed animal medicine
