LastPass is looking for a Campaign Operations Specialist:

In this role, you will supports and executes integrated marketing campaigns across the full funnel. Working closely with various marketing teams, you will help generate new leads, advance prospects through the funnel, and nurture them from initial engagement through trial conversion to becoming customers. By leveraging data-driven insights and marketing automation tools, you will build personalized, effective campaigns that drive engagement, improve conversion rates, and contribute to overall business growth.

About the team:

The Marketing team is the voice of LastPass, driving awareness, engagement, and loyalty through thoughtful campaigns and experiences. They connect with customers through digital storytelling, events, and content that reflect the brand’s values and vision. As a key member of this team, you’ll help define strategy, refine messaging, and push creative boundaries while collaborating closely with others to meet customer needs.

Who will you work with?

Please note: While this position is remote, we prefer candidates who can work EST or CST hours to ensure alignment with business needs.

You will partner closely with marketers to leverage our Martech stack - including Marketo, Salesforce, Wistia, GoldCast, and others - to streamline and enhance marketing efforts. This requires a passion for building scalable processes, a data‑driven mindset, and strong communication skills to earn trust across sales and marketing teams. The ideal candidate can manage multiple initiatives, set clear priorities, and support ambitious growth plans. They are organized, analytical, and comfortable working with complex marketing, sales, and product data systems.

What are some of the exciting challenges you will be working on?

  • Set up, manage, and continuously monitor ongoing campaigns in Marketo to ensure proper execution and alignment with targeting goals
  • Build and refine audience segmentation to support personalized and effective user communications
  • Create and manage email assets and in‑product messages as part of campaign workflows
  • Oversee campaign‑related data management to maintain accuracy, consistency, and reliable reporting
  • Report weekly on campaign performance and use data-driven insights to recommend experience optimizations
  • Ensure users receive a consistent, high-quality experience across all channels and email touchpoints
  • Coordinate the full operational process of webinar setup with cross-functional partners to ensure smooth execution
  • Drive engagement by optimizing workflows that support strong webinar registration and attendance results
  • Analyze ad-hoc and ongoing campaign performance to identify actionable insights for improving conversions
  • Monitor and report on key email performance KPIs to guide continuous optimization of marketing efforts
