LastPass is looking for a Campaign Operations Specialist:
In this role, you will support and execute integrated campaigns across the funnel, working with various marketing teams to generate net new names, move leads through the funnel, and nurture them from trial conversion through becoming a customer.

About the team:
The Campaign Operations Specialist supports and executes integrated marketing campaigns across the entire funnel, working closely with various marketing teams. This role plays a key part in generating new leads, moving prospects through each stage of the funnel, and nurturing them from initial engagement through trial and conversion to customer. By leveraging data-driven insights and marketing automation tools, the team focuses on delivering personalized, effective campaigns that optimize every touchpoint and contribute to overall business growth.

Who will you work with?
This role works closely with various marketing teams and key stakeholders across sales and marketing. The role collaborates with marketers by utilizing our MarTech stack - such as Marketo, Salesforce, Wistia, GoldCast, and others - to streamline marketing efforts and make them more effective.

What are some of the exciting challenges you will be working on?

  • Set up, manage, and monitor ongoing campaigns within Marketo
  • Perform audience segmentation to support targeted campaign execution
  • Create and manage email communications as part of integrated campaigns
  • Develop and manage in-product messaging to support user engagement
  • Handle campaign-related data management to support accurate targeting and reporting
  • Report on campaign performance on a weekly basis
  • Use data and performance insights to make decisions that optimize the user experience
  • Ensure a consistent and seamless experience across channels and email communications
  • Work with cross-functional teams to coordinate and execute end-to-end webinar set-up
  • Analyze ad-hoc and ongoing campaign performance, monitor key performance indicators, and provide actionable insights to improve conversion rates

What does it take to work at LastPass?

  • Background in marketing, business administration, or a related field
  • Experience in marketing operations, marketing automation, growth marketing, or lifecycle marketing
  • Hands-on experience with MarTech tools; Marketo and Pendo experience preferred, with additional tools including PathFactory, GoldCast, and Wistia
  • Understanding of CRM best practices, principles, strategies, and standard methodologies
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to extract actionable insights from data and share them with the team
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to earn trust across sales and marketing teams
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with an interest in complex marketing, sales, and product databases
