영업 개발 담당자(SDR) 팀을 고용, 감독 및 교육합니다.
모든 신규 팀원에게 회사의 요구 사항을 평가하고, 각 잠재 고객에게 전략적으로 대응하며, 잠재적인 이의를 처리하는 방법을 교육하여 팀원들의 적응을 촉진합니다.
