Radiance Technologies is searching for a Senior M&S Architect and AFSIM SME to create mission level scenarios, develop and debug, and train others in the AFSIM framework.

Job Duties:
Support regression testing of new simulation features
Validate fixes against DR/CR tickets
Perform reproduction steps and document outcomes
Assist in automated test execution
Support regression testing of new simulation features as the primary focus, validating fixes against DR and CR tickets, reproducing issues, and documenting outcomes.
Required Skills:
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or a relevant field
Minimum 5 years of C++ or Python development
Minimum 5 years of AFSIM development
Effective writing and communication skills.
Secret clearance with the ability to obtain a TS/SCI
Required Experience:
Creation of mission level AFSIM scenarios and core framework extensions
Demonstrated ability to design and maintain M&S architectures that support complex training and analysis needs.
Desired Experience:
Experience integrating AFSIM with other federates such as AFMSTT, ASCCE, or BLCSE.
Familiarity with cloud based M&S execution environments.
Experience with performance tuning and scalability in large AFSIM runs.
Prior involvement in Air Force exercises or events where AFSIM was a primary tool.
