The Position

The Roche Kuwait early in career Program is a 12 months rotational development program at Roche. The program is tailored for high potential individuals at an early stage of their career, and NO work experience is required. The program accelerates their professional development and enables them to be key contributors to Roche's purpose and what patients need next.

Roche Kuwait offers Supply Chain Intern position for a period of 11 months and 1 month rotation with the below main responsibilities: 

Your Responsibilities

• Reviewing customers’ orders details such as materials, prices, quantities, etc., to ensure accuracy

• Coordinating with the warehouse to ensure that orders are processed correctly

• Contact customers directly to resolve any issues related to their orders and deliveries 

• Processing orders by updating inventory levels and pricing to ensure that they are accurate

• Monitoring order status to ensure that it is progressing as expected

• Updating customer records with order details such as shipping details and tracking numbers

• Resolve customer concerns regarding shipping delays or damaged goods

• Processing returns or exchanges based on customer requests or company policies

• Communicating with customers regarding order status updates using email, phone, or text message

• Evaluating and managing stock replenishment procedures

• Placing inventory restock orders

• Communicating the products’ update to the internal and external stakeholders

Who You Are (requirements)

• You hold a BSc and/or MSc degree in Life Sciences, Economy, Business, Public Affairs or any related area

• You are at an early stage in your career. Fresh graduates will be preferred

• You have basic understanding of healthcare system is preferred

• Good knowledge in IT Security

• You understand security and data protection (including Wi-Fi and firewall rules)

• You acquired basic knowledge of laboratory IT solutions: (LIS, HIS, Middleware Solution)

• You are eager to work with diverse cultures

• You are curious and have passion for learning new things, and have high degree of integrity and courage

• You have excellent communication and innovative skills

• You are proficient in English
