Sr. Engineering Program Manager

The Sr. Engineering Program Manager (Sr. EPM) leads engineering program management activities for eLSD development programs. This role is responsible for managing project scope, schedules, stakeholder requirements, risks, and cross-functional coordination to ensure successful program execution and delivery aligned with customer and business objectives.

1) Lead engineering program management activities for eLSD development programs and serve as the primary interface between customers, engineering teams, and global stakeholders.

2) Manage project scope, objectives, engineering deliverables, and integrated development schedules to ensure successful program execution throughout the product development lifecycle.

3) Coordinate cross-functional engineering activities across Mechanical Design, Software, Calibration, Validation, and other engineering functions to achieve technical, quality, cost, and timing targets.

4) Identify and manage program risks, engineering issues, change requests, and technical escalations while driving effective mitigation and resolution plans.

5) Ensure alignment of customer requirements, technical deliverables, release activities, and development milestones through collaboration with customers and global engineering organizations.

6) Monitor program performance, track key project metrics, prepare status reports, and drive program governance activities in accordance with BorgWarner development processes.
