A Brief Overview:
NorthShore University HealthSystem (NorthShore), the principal academic affiliate of the University of Chicago Pritzker School of Medicine, seeks an exceptional, fellowship-trained in Sleep Medicine, Head & Neck Surgeon to join the Department of Surgery, Division of Otolaryngology – Head & Neck Surgery.
What you will do:
- The physician will provide sleep surgery and general ENT care
- Improve sleep surgery patient volume
- Expand our geographic footprint
- Other duties will include teaching and supervision of trainees and students, and scholarly activity
What you will need:
- IL Medical License – active and in good standing or pending
- IL DEA License
- Certification: BC/BE by the American Board of Otolaryngology – Head and Neck Surgery
- Experience: Fellowship trained in Sleep Medicine
