We are seeking a strategic and execution-focused Sr Director, Human Resources to lead and scale our global people operations infrastructure. This leader will oversee the HR Service Desk, IT Service Desk, and Office Services, ensuring high-quality, efficient, and employee-centric operational support across the full employee lifecycle.

This role is responsible for delivering seamless, compliant, and technology-enabled services—from onboarding through offboarding—while enhancing employee productivity, workplace experience, and operational excellence. The ideal candidate brings deep expertise in shared services, process optimization, service delivery models, cross-functional partnerships, and global operations.
