We are currently looking to hire a Key Account Manager to join our Corporate Team in Kirkland, WA! This is a hybrid role, and candidates must be located in the greater Seattle area.
*This is a full-time position. Standard business hours are Monday through Friday; however, flexibility is required to meet client needs, including evenings and weekends.
JOB DESCRIPTION
This is a senior, relationship-first position. You'll be the accountable owner for one or more of our most valuable clients, responsible for their satisfaction, the health of their accounts, and their long-term growth. You'll work closely with Business Development, Service Delivery Teams, and Finance, but your job is distinct from all three: you're the integrator, the advocate, and the strategic partner our major clients deserve.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Serve as the primary relationship owner for assigned client accounts, maintaining continuity, building trust, and ensuring clients have a clear internal point of contact outside of live operational delivery.
- Develop and maintain a Strategic Account Growth Plan for each client, identifying opportunities to add value through additional services or capabilities.
- Accountable for revenue growth and retention/satisfaction of the assigned accounts. Identify, qualify, and surface account-growth opportunities, and collaborate with Sales to support commercial execution.
- Monitor account performance and maintain visibility into gross profit margin (GPM) by service line and contract to ensure the financial health of the account.
