QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor's Degree Nursing/Patient Care - Required
Master's Degree in Nursing/Patient Care Nursing/Healthcare Administration/Business Administration or related - Required -OR- Actively Pursuing
5 years Progressive leadership - Required
NICU training - Required
3 years Area of specialization or related nursing care area(s) - Required
Registered Nurse (RN) - State Licensing Board - Required
Basic Life Support Program (BLS) - American Heart Association within 90 days of hire - Required
Unit Specific Certifications - Franciscan Alliance As Required by Unit:
Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) - The American Academy of Pediatrics - Required
Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) - American Heart Association if Required by Unit
Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) - American Heart Association if Required by Unit
