Your role and responsibilities
 

We are seeking an experienced and passionate .NET Application Development Engineer. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and delivering high-quality .NET solutions to support critical business operations. Your role will ensure the robustness of system architecture, the quality of code, and the efficient management of the entire lifecycle from requirements to deployment.


The work model for the role is: {onsite}

This role is contributing to the {PPMV LBU Management} in {Xiamen/Beijing China}. Main stakeholders are {ELDS}.

You will be mainly accountable for:

  • Own End-to-End Development of Core Business Systems

Lead the software development, iterative optimization, and technical architecture upgrades for core business systems in manufacturing enterprises (including MES, SCM, QMS, IIoT, etc.). Ensure that the system architecture is deeply aligned with production and operational scenarios to support efficient business execution.

  • Participating in Business Requirements Analysis and Technical Solution Design

Actively engage in business requirements gathering and analysis. Based on a thorough understanding of key manufacturing processes, translate complex business needs into feasible, efficient, and scalable technical solutions, and take implementation.

  • Responsible for Core Technical Implementation and Quality Assurance

Lead the coding, unit testing, and system integration debugging of core functional modules. Address key technical challenges and performance bottlenecks during development. Take full responsibility for system stability, security, and high performance to ensure reliable operation in production environments.

  • Responsible for System Operations, Support, and Continuous Optimization

Oversee post-deployment operational monitoring, performance tuning, and rapid response to production issues. Ensure the continuity, high availability, and exceptional user experience of mission-critical business systems.

  • Drive Innovation in Advanced Technologies and Smart Manufacturing Integration
  • Actively promote technological innovation by exploring and implementing AI technologies (such as machine learning, computer vision, and intelligent decision optimization) in smart manufacturing scenarios. Applications include intelligent quality inspection, production scheduling prediction, and equipment predictive maintenance, leveraging technology to continuously enhance production efficiency and intelligence.

Qualifications for the role

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of .NET full-stack development experience (with proficiency in C#, .NET Core/.NET 5+, ASP.NET MVC/Web API).

Core Technical Competencies:

  • Back-end & Architecture:

Mastery of object-oriented design and common architectural patterns (e.g., MVC, Microservices), with familiarity in Entity Framework Core, dependency injection, multi-threading, and asynchronous programming

  • Front-end Technology:

Experience with at least one mainstream front-end framework (e.g., Vue.js, Angular, React).

  • Database:

Proficiency in SQL Server or MySQL development and performance optimization.

  • Cloud & Infrastructure:

Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure (or other major cloud platforms), and knowledge of containerization technologies (e.g., Docker), system deployment, monitoring, and permissions management.

Familiarity with Agile development methodologies such as Scrum
