STUDENT ASSISTANT PROGRAM
SimCorp offers a highly valuable Student Assistant Program for students eager to dive into the FinTech world, which combines finance and technology. It is designed to let young people embark on their career journey by gaining real first work experience.
As a Student Assistant, you will engage in real tasks and projects, learning from inspirational leaders based all around the world.
Here’s what you will be offered:
Meaningful Work Experience: Participate in a 3-month summer program (July-September 2026) to develop your skills through hands-on experience.
Guidance and Feedback: Receive support and mentorship from a dedicated Buddy.
Career Opportunities: Gain the opportunity to secure a job upon successful completion of the program.
Financial Compensation: Earn 6,000 PLN gross per month for full-time work (36 PLN/h gross on a civil contract).
Assignment to the Regulatory Reporting and Compliance Services team
WHAT WE VALUE
Studies: Mathematics, sciences, computer sciences or related fields
Interest: Financial markets and investments, regulatory standards, financial reporting
Academic Level: Last years of studies (4th or 5th year in Master)
Skills:
Advanced Excel
Power Point
One programming language
Abilities:
Investigative with keen attention to detail
Quick Learner who solves problems
Ability to handle complexity and work with data
Research complex topics and present them
Teamwork: Collaborative team player
Initiative: Proactiveness and ownership
Learning: Eagerness to grow and develop

Hybrid work: Availability to work from the SimCorp Warsaw Office (at least 3-4 days per week)
