About This Role

At Plumbing Systems Inc. (PSI), we take pride in doing things the right way — with skill, integrity, and dedication to our customers. As an HVAC Technician, you'll diagnose and repair heating and cooling systems, help guide customers to informed and confident decisions, and deliver top-notch service that reflects PSI’s high standards.

What You’ll Do

  • Complete a wide range of residential HVAC service calls with precision and care.

  • Build trust and rapport with homeowners to recommend products and services that fit their needs.

  • Ask insightful questions to pinpoint issues and provide effective solutions.

  • Walk customers through financing options and maintenance plans to protect their investment.

  • Identify and explain replacement opportunities for aging, inefficient, or underperforming systems.

  • Hold yourself accountable to meet and exceed individual revenue targets.

  • Present yourself as a knowledgeable, friendly professional to earn repeat business and referrals.

  • Coordinate closely with our customer service and dispatch teams to ensure seamless service delivery.

  • Keep your truck well-stocked and job sites clean and organized.

  • Participate in daily training sessions, team meetings, and occasional trade shows or retreats.

  • Mentor and train apprentices to develop future talent.

  • Complete invoices, option sheets, and timecards accurately and promptly.

What You Bring

  • Active license and thorough knowledge of local HVAC codes.

  • Strong technical skills backed by the ability to draw and interpret diagrams and blueprints.
