Our unit offers a dynamic, supportive environment where teamwork and compassionate patient care are at the heart of everything we do. You'll care for complex patients requiring telemetry monitoring and advanced nursing interventions, giving you valuable experience beyond the typical medical-surgical setting.
As a member of our team, you'll have the opportunity to develop your clinical expertise by managing cardiac drips, caring for patients with a variety of cardiac and respiratory conditions, and assisting with specialized procedures. Additional Information About the Position for Qualified Candidates
• Up to $10,000.00 Sign-On Bonus
• Up to 80 hours of front-loaded Paid Time Off
• Up to $3,000.00 Relocation bonus

Job Summary
Assess patient health problems and needs, develop and implement nursing care plans, and maintain medical records. Administer nursing care to ill, injured, convalescent, or disabled patients. May advise patients on health maintenance and disease prevention or provide case management.
Education:
▪ Required: Graduate of an accredited nursing program
▪ Preferred: Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing
Experience:
▪ Preferred: Previous nursing experience
Skills:
▪ Excellent verbal and written communication skills
▪ Demonstrate effective leadership abilities
▪ Exhibits valuable time management skills
▪ Strong critical thinking/problem solving skills
▪ Flexibility and ability to work in a multi-tasking environment
Licensure/Certification/Registration:
▪ Required: Nursing License active in the state of Missouri
Required: BLS must be obtained within 90 days
