A Day in the Life
Designation: Product Manager - Stent Portfolio (Pan India)
Function: Marketing
Location: Mumbai, India
Position Summary
The Product Manager will be responsible for driving the overall marketing strat-egy, business growth, and execution of the Stent Portfolio across India. This role will lead strategic marketing initiatives, product positioning, market development programs, physician education activities, and commercial execution. The incumbent will work closely with Sales, Clinical, Compliance, Medical Education, Market Access and Commercial Excellence teams while engaging extensively with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) across India.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute annual marketing plans for the Stent Portfolio across India.
Drive market development initiatives and portfolio growth strategies.
Lead product launches, lifecycle management, forecasting, and portfolio reviews.
Build strong relationships with leading cardiologists, interventional cardiologists, and healthcare institutions.
Design and execute KOL engagement programs, workshops, symposia and scientific initiatives.
Collaborate closely with Sales, Clinical, Medical Affairs and Compliance teams.
Develop promotional campaigns, physician education programs and sales enablement tools.
Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer insights to identify growth opportunities.
Manage marketing budgets and assess ROI marketing initiatives.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Biomedical Engineering, Pharmacy, Healthcare or related field.
MBA preferred.
6-14 years of experience in Medical Devices, Healthcare or Cardiovascular businesses.
Strong experience in strategic marketing, product management, or downstream marketing.
Experience in cardiology, cardiovascular, coronary intervention, stent, cath lab or related portfolios.
