This Position reports to:

HR Team Lead

We are looking for a motivated HR Operations Intern with German and English to support core HR administrative activities for ABB employees in Switzerland. This role offers hands-on experience in HR operations and employee lifecycle processes within an international environment.

About the Internship:

Start date: as soon as possible (preferably June 2026)
Work in a modern office in Kraków
Hybrid work model (2 days in the office, 3 days working from home per week)
We expect availability of at least 20h per week or 4h per day

Responsibilities:

Support basic HR administrative tasks for ABB employees in CH and HQ
Process and manage electronic employee data files
Enter and update employee information in SAP, including organizational changes and other employee lifecycle events
Support the family allowance process
Respond to employee HR-related questions via the AskHR Ticketing System
Ensure accuracy, confidentiality, and timely handling of HR data

Requirements:

Active student status
Fluency in German and English (written and spoken)
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Good organizational and communication skills
Basic knowledge of SAP or HR systems is a plus, but not required
