About the role
We’re seeking someone to join our CDRR Technology team as a Data Loss Protection, in Cyber as a DLP Domain Controls Owner in Technology to design and maintain effective DLP controls for assigned platforms and jurisdictions while working within enterprise policy intent and partnering closely with engineering and operations teams.

This is Associate position that monitors, detects, and responds to security incidents to ensure the organization's systems and data are protected from actual and potential threats or breaches.

What you’ll do in the role:
Lead the development of new ideas and policies in your area.
Analyze multiple sets of information to create summaries for various stakeholders.
Own DLP control design for assigned technology and regulatory domains such as email, endpoint, web, cloud, and GenAI.
Design domain specific DLP policies aligned to enterprise control intent and governance standards.
Incorporate jurisdiction specific considerations including data residency and regulatory constraints such as China Onshore requirements.
Partner with engineering and operations teams to translate policy design into deployable and supportable controls.
Support audit and risk inquiries by articulating domain level coverage, limitations, and compensating controls.
What you’ll bring to the role:
At least 3 years of relevant experience would generally be expected to find the skills required for this role.
Experience executing IT strategy, delivery, and complex initiatives.
Ability to present information clearly and concisely to technology and business leadership.
Advanced understanding of functional area and competent understanding of the competitive environment.
Experience designing or managing technology controls within a defined platform, channel, or regulatory domain.
Understanding of data protection or cybersecurity controls including detection and enforcement models.
Experience addressing jurisdiction specific regulatory or data residency constraints.
Ability to work closely with engineering and operations teams to ensure practical and supportable control design.
