About the role
The Production Operator will be responsible for providing the products in the requested quantity, quality and time limit based on the orientations set by the shift leader / team leader.
Main Responsibilities & Tasks:
- Realize the production rates given by the shift leader / team leader
- Realize and control all his production operations with the requested quality, while respecting performance constraints and requirements (safety, security and environment)
- Know and respect the safety rules related to equipment and people
- Report with rigor and precision of his production to the shift leader / team leader
- Ensure the cleanliness and permanent storage of the work environment
Qualifications & Skills:
- Reading calculations and simple operations
- Knowledge of materials, products, equipment and associated processes
- Excellent knowledge of quality, safety, security and environment standards & procedures
- Transmission of available information on his scope of work
- Reporting to the shift leader / team leader
- Communicates orally and / or in writing while passing instructions
- Team spirit
