About the Position
We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic Account Intern to join our Account team for a 6-month internship.
This role offers hands-on exposure to the advertising & communications industry, where you will work closely with line managers on real client projects, learn agency processes, and develop essential professional skills.
Key Responsibilities
Account & Administrative Support
Assist in managing and tracking workflows, timelines and deliverables
Schedule meetings, coordinate with internal teams and external partners
Prepare meeting agendas, take meeting minutes and follow up on action items
Handle paperwork, internal documents and other tasks as assigned by the Line Manager
Project & Campaign Assistance
Assist in executing client projects to ensure tasks are delivered on time and in line with project requirements
Support the preparation of client presentations, proposals, reports, and campaign materials
Coordinate with internal teams (Creative, Planning, Production, etc.) to gather information and updates
Join brainstorming sessions and contribute ideas when needed
Client & Vendor Coordination
Support communication with clients and vendors for daily follow-ups, information updates and simple coordination tasks
Participate in client or vendor meetings when required
Handle client and vendor communications under the guidance and arrangement of the Line Manager
Learning & Development
Participate in internal training, onboarding sessions and team workshops
Learn about agency workflows, client servicing processes and industry best practices
Actively seek feedback and continuously improve working skills
Requirements & Qualifications
Strong interest in Marketing, Advertising & Communications
Currently graduated with a bachelor's degree in marketing, Communications, Advertising, Business or related fields
Prior internship experience in an agency environment or in a related role is preferred
Good written and verbal communication skills in English
Proficient in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word)
Team-oriented with a responsible working attitude
Proactive, detail oriented, adaptive and willing to learn
Able to work in a fast-paced agency environment
