The Strategic Consulting Associate supports consulting engagements across Workplace & Transformation Strategy as well as Portfolio & Location Strategy. The role focuses on research and analysis that translates data into insights supporting recommendations and client deliverables.Working under the guidance of senior team members, the Associate contributes to the development of client presentations and supports stakeholder engagement activities while building core consulting and communication skills.

About the Role:
Research & Analysis: Support Workplace & Transformation Strategy and Portfolio & Location Strategy engagements through quantitative and qualitative research, structured analysis, scenario modeling, and use of AI tools to generate accurate, insight‑driven recommendations.
Insights & Deliverables: Translate data and multiple inputs into clear summaries, draft presentation content, reports, and exhibits that inform client decision‑making and strategic recommendations.
Client & Stakeholder Support: Assist with stakeholder activities such as interviews, meetings, workshops, and feedback sessions; demonstrate foundational consulting skills including structured problem solving, communication, and attention to detail.
Project & Team Collaboration: Support project coordination and documentation, adapt to evolving tools and workflows, and collaborate with cross‑functional teams to deliver consistent, high‑quality consulting outputs.
About You:
Education & Experience: University degree or equivalent professional certification with 2-4 years of relevant experience to the local market and services, or equivalent.
Consulting Delivery: Foundational knowledge of how analyses and concepts are structured and communicated in consulting contexts.
Consulting Processes: Foundational knowledge of core consulting and strategy concepts, including problem framing, scoping, and evidence-based recommendation approaches.
Data Storytelling: Foundational knowledge of tools used to analyze and present data (e.g., spreadsheets, presentation software, and business intelligence and data visualization tools).
Stakeholder Management: Foundational knowledge of stakeholder roles, priorities, and expectations in relation to consulting engagements.
Research Methods: Foundational knowledge of qualitative and quantitative research methods, common data types, data quality considerations, comparability, and limits of inference used in strategy work.
