The AI Foundry defines the enterprise AI strategy and delivers the governance, platforms, and data foundations that enable scalable and responsible AI adoption. The team provides reusable, composable AI capabilities and a single intake and prioritization model, empowering business units to rapidly deliver high‑ROI use cases. By applying consistent quality, safety, and release standards, the AI Foundry ensures all AI solutions are reliable, scalable, and impactful for our end users.
 

What You’II Do 

  • Build & Implement Solutions: Support the implementation and testing of machine learning approaches and Knowledge Graph features tailored to financial tasks.
  • Support Cloud Infrastructure: Maintaining and deploy AWS-based infrastructure for ML workflows, API integrations, and LLM applications.
  • Collaborate on ML/NLP Models: Work alongside data scientists and ML engineers to help integrate, test, and deploy ML and NLP models into production environments.
  • Participate in End-to-End Development: Contribute actively to the full software development lifecycle by writing clean code, participating in code reviews, testing, and debugging financial AI applications.
  • Data Pipeline Maintenance: Build and monitor data pipelines to process structured and unstructured financial data, helping ensure high data quality for downstream models.

 

What We’re Looking For 

  • Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Computer Science Engineering
  • Strong proficiency in Python.
  • Familiarity with API frameworks like Fast API, Flask.
  • Demonstrated analytical ability to debug complex workflows, coupled with clear communication skills.
  • Experience with enhancing and scaling event driven architectures. 
  • Hands-on experience or project work with AWS services (S3, Lambda, Step Functions, Glue).
  • Understanding of fundamental Gen AI concepts (embeddings, vector search, LLMs) and Hands-on with AI coding tools like Claude Code, Cursor etc..
  • Conceptual understanding or experience working with Graph DBs and vector databases.
  • Basic familiarity with Docker and automated CI/CD pipeline concepts (GitHub Actions).
  • Good understanding of financial data, applications, and domain-specific challenges.
