Job Description Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Senior Assistant Asset Manager to support asset management activities across a complex property portfolio.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate asset registers, condition data and maintenance records.

• Monitor asset condition, defects and performance trends across the portfolio.

• Support lifecycle planning forward works programs and capital planning activities.

• Coordinate asset information updates following inspections, maintenance and project handovers.

• Work closely with Facilities Management, Property Management and Projects teams to support operational and investment outcomes.

• Assist with asset reporting, governance and audit readiness activities.

• Identify opportunities to improve asset data quality, systems and processes.

About You

• Experience in asset management, facilities management, engineering or related roles.

• Understanding of asset lifecycle planning, condition assessments and maintenance management.

• Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail.

• Ability to interpret asset data and provide practical operational insights.

• Strong communication and stakeholder management capability.

• Tertiary qualification in Engineering, Asset Management, Property or related discipline preferred.
