Key Responsibilities
1. Strategic Planning & Execution
- Develop and implement annual business development plans, including category expansion, opportunity identification, and technical/solution-based initiatives.
- Monitor, track, and supervise execution of approved plans; proactively recommend corrective actions to overcome barriers.
- Ensure strong alignment and collaboration with cross-functional teams to deliver excellent market execution and implementation.
- Drive capability building of the sales team in collaboration with chefs and training teams; ensure effective use of Zoho CRM for acquisition and pipeline management.
- Continuously monitor competitor activities, Food Service customer feedback, and distributor inputs; conduct regular market audits for validation.
- Analyze market dynamics and develop tactical strategies to respond to market changes and maximize growth opportunities.
- Provide regular, actionable insights and updates to ensure business plans remain relevant and effective.
- Track and report progress against business development plans on a regular basis.
- Identify gaps and define clear action plans to ensure successful execution and achievement of targets.
- Lead and coordinate cross-functional stakeholders (internal and external) within the Food Service ecosystem.
- Act as the central “orchestrator” to ensure all teams are aligned and performance-driven toward achieving business objectives.
Who We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Business, Marketing, Food Technology, Engineering or related field

Proven experience in business development within Food Service / FMCG industry

Strong strategic thinking and execution capabilities
