Job Responsibilities

Maintain close communication with business stakeholders to understand business and functional requirements, and develop corresponding IT technical solutions based on those needs.
Responsible for system development, refactoring, upgrades, and ongoing maintenance.
Resolve complex technical challenges; lead system stability initiatives including system optimization, architecture upgrades, and the accumulation of reusable capabilities and component frameworks.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree or above; computer science or related field preferred.
5+ years of backend development experience, including 2+ years with Golang or Java; proficient in common frameworks, language features, and data structures; deep understanding of their characteristics and underlying implementation principles.
Experience with Salesforce or related CRM system development; background in the digital currency industry or experience at a well-known internet company is a plus.
Solid foundation in data structures and computer systems; strong understanding of network architecture; familiarity with common algorithms, data structures, and design patterns.
Proficient with mainstream service frameworks and message middleware; experience with SQL, Redis, Kafka, and other storage/middleware solutions is a plus.
Able to independently produce design documents, technical documentation, and API specifications.
